Combined Insurance Company of America announced today that it has earned the 2026 Military Friendly® Employer designation.

CHICAGO, November 11, 2025 — Combined Insurance Company of America announced today that it has earned the 2026 Military Friendly® Employer designation.

For the 8th straight year, Combined has earned a Gold designation as a top employer in the Military Friendly® program, highlighting the company’s commitment to recruit, train and engage military veterans, spouses and family members – as well as support of military organizations in the communities we serve.

“As a Chubb company, Combined’s dedication to hire veterans and their loved ones is a purposeful way of supporting those who serve or have served our country,” said Rich Williams, President of Combined. “We also recognize the diversity, discipline and skillsets these individuals bring to our business and our ability to enhance customer and partner experiences.”

Combined launched its veteran recruiting program in 2010, and has hired more than 6,000 veterans, military spouses, and their family members since then. Combined also is a strong supporter of military and veteran-focused nonprofit organizations, including the USO (United Services Organization), Luke’s Wings, Fisher House and others that support the military community.

Institutions earning the Military Friendly® Employers designation were evaluated using both public data sources and responses from a proprietary survey. Over 1,200 companies participated in the survey.

“Earning the Military Friendly® designation is more than a badge; it’s a reflection of deep-rooted values and strategic foresight,” said Kayla Lopez, Vice President of Memberships, Military Friendly®. “These organizations don’t just open doors for veterans, spouses, and service members; they build pathways for lasting impact. Their commitment isn’t performative; it’s transformative. It’s proof that honoring military talent is not only the right thing to do, it’s the smart thing to do.”

Combined will be showcased in the 2026 Military Friendly® Employers Guide in the Winter issue of G.I. Jobs® magazine. The lists and methodology can be found at https://www.militaryfriendly.com/mfcguide/.
