NEW YORK, N.Y., June 30, 2025 – Chubb today announced the appointment of Mark Shaw as Division President of Chubb Workplace Benefits (CWB), effective immediately.
Mark will oversee the growth and operations of the business to further strengthen CWB’s position as a market leader in the voluntary benefits industry. He will report to Rich Williams, President of Combined Insurance, a Chubb company.

With more than 30 years of insurance industry experience, Mark joined Combined in 2022, serving as the Regional Vice President for the Northeast region. Prior to joining CWB, he spent nearly three decades at Unum, serving in a series of senior leadership roles.
