The Alabama Department of Insurance issued Bulletin 2020-18 declaring a general state of emergency due to Hurricane Sally. As a result of this weather event, and the potential displacement of Alabama residents, Combined Insurance customers residing in areas impacted by Hurricane Sally may be eligible for a due date extension of their Combined policy renewal premium payments due, as well as any deadlines to submit claim proof of loss. The Governor of Alabama issued Bulletin -2020-20 on November 9, 2020, declaring the entire state of Alabama as a disaster area due to Tropical Storm Zeta. Florida Governor Ron DeSantis has issued a continuation of the disaster declaration for Hurricane Michael (October 2018). Combined Insurance customers residing in the Florida disaster areas may be eligible for a due date extension of their Combined policy renewal premium payments due, as well as any deadlines to submit claim proof of loss. On August 23, 2017, Texas Governor Greg Abbott issued an emergency bulletin (Bulletin B-0009-17) declaring multiple counties as disaster areas due to the effects of Hurricane Harvey. As a result of the historic flooding caused by Hurricane Harvey, and the extensive displacement of Texas citizens, Combined Insurance customers residing in the Texas counties noted below may be eligible for a due date extension of their Combined policy renewal premium payments due, as well as any deadlines to submit claim proof of loss.
