UPDATE FOR POLICYHOLDERS IN NORTH CAROLINA

The North Carolina Department of Insurance issued  Bulletin 18-B-12 declaring a state of emergency in North Carolina counties impacted by Hurricane Florence.  As a result of the displacement of North Carolina citizens, Combined Insurance customers residing in the state may be eligible for a due date extension of their Combined policy renewal premium payments due as well as any deadlines to submit claim proof of loss.  Please contact Combined’s Customer Care Center at 800-225-4500 with any questions.
 
The counties impacted are: Beaufort, Carteret, Craven, New Hanover, Onslow, Pamlico and Pender.

UPDATE FOR POLICYHOLDERS IN SOUTH CAROLINA

The South Carolina Department of Insurance issued a Memorandum declaring a state of emergency in South Carolina counties impacted by Hurricane Florence.  As a result of the displacement of South Carolina citizens, Combined Insurance customers residing in the state may be eligible for a due date extension of their Combined policy renewal premium payments due as well as any deadlines to submit claim proof of loss.  Please contact Combined’s Customer Care Center at 800-225-4500 with any questions.

The counties impacted are: Abbeville, Aiken, Allendale, Anderson, Bamberg, Barnwell, Beaufort, Berkeley, Calhoun, Charleston, Cherokee, Chester, Chesterfield, Clarendon, Colleton, Darlington, Dillon, Dorchester, Edgefield, Fairfield, Florence, Georgetown, Greenville, Greenwood,  Hampton, Horry, Jasper, Kershaw, Lancaster, Laurens, Lee, Lexington, Marion, Marlboro, McCormick, Newberry, Oconee, Orangeburg, Pickens, Richland, Saluda, Spartanburg, Sumter, Union, Williamsburg and York.

UPDATE FOR POLICYHOLDERS IN CALIFORNIA

The California Department of Insurance issued a Notice declaring a state of emergency in multiple counties impacted by the wildfires that have been burning since July.  As a result of these wildfires and the potential displacement of California citizens, Combined Insurance customers residing in the California counties noted below may be eligible for a due date extension of their Combined policy renewal premium payments due as well as any deadlines to submit claim proof of loss.  Please contact Combined’s Customer Care Center at 800-225-4500 with any questions.

The counties impacted are Colusa, Lake, Mendocino and Shasta.

UPDATE FOR POLICYHOLDERS IN TEXAS

On August 23, 2017, Texas Governor Greg Abbott issued an emergency bulletin (Bulletin B-0009-17) declaring multiple counties as disaster areas due to the effects of Hurricane Harvey.  As a result of the historic flooding caused by Hurricane Harvey, and the extensive displacement of Texas citizens, Combined Insurance customers residing in the Texas counties noted below may be eligible for a due date extension of their Combined policy renewal premium payments due, as well as any deadlines to submit claim proof of loss.  Please contact Combined’s Customer Care Center at 800-225-4500 with any questions.

Filing a claim can be overwhelming. We want to make it and smooth as possible for you. You'll need this information handy:

  • Policy number
  • Policyholder name and birthdate
  • Copies of all claim-related documents like an Attending Physician statement or invoices

Other Ways to File a Claim
