Urgent Policyholder Updates

UPDATES FOR MISSOURI POLICYHOLDERS

On May 4, 2017, the Missouri Department of Insurance issued Disaster Bulletin 17-04 due to severe flooding affecting the counties below. 

Audrain, Barry, Barton, Bates, Benton, Bollinger, Boone, Butler, Callaway, Camden, Cape Girardeau, Carter, Cedar, Christian, Cole, Cooper, Crawford, Dade, Dallas, Dent, Douglas, Dunklin, Franklin, Gasconade, Greene, Henry, Hickory, Howard, Howell, Iron, Jasper, Jefferson, Johnson, Laclede, Lawrence, Lincoln, Madison, Maries, Marion, McDonald, Miller, Mississippi, Moniteau, Montgomery, Morgan, New Madrid, Newton, Oregon, Osage, Ozark, Pemiscot, Perry, Pettis, Phelps, Pike, Polk, Pulaski, Ralls, Reynolds, Ripley, Saline, Scott, Shannon, St. Charles, St. Clair, St. Francois, St. Louis (including the City of St. Louis), Ste. Genevieve, Stoddard, Stone, Taney, Texas, Vernon, Warren, Washington, Wayne, Webster, and Wright.

Combined Insurance customers residing in the State of Missouri counties noted above, that have been impacted by the recent flooding, may be eligible for an extension of the due date of their Combined policy renewal premium payments due for the period of May 4, 2017 through July 4, 2017, as well as any deadlines to submit claim proof of loss for that same time period.  Please contact Combined’s Customer Care Center at 800-225-4500 with any questions.

UPDATES FOR ARKANSAS POLICYHOLDERS

On May 4, 2017, the Arkansas Insurance Department issued  Disaster Bulletin No. 5-2017  due to severe thunderstorms, flooding and tornadoes during the month of April and the first week of May.   Combined Insurance customers residing in the following Arkansas counties: Baxter, Benton, Boone, Carroll, Clay, Cleburne, Conway, Craighead, Cross, Drew, Faulkner, Fulton, Greene, Independence, Izard, Jackson, Lawrence, Madison, Marion, Mississippi, Monroe, Montgomery, Newton, Ouachita, Perry, Prairie, Pulaski, Randolph, Saline, Searcy, Sharp, Stone, Washington, White, Woodruff, and Yell. that have been impacted by this severe weather, may be eligible for an extension of the due date of their Combined policy renewal premium payments due for the period of April 27 through June 27, as well as any deadlines to submit claim proof of loss for that same time period.  Please contact Combined’s Customer Care Center at 800-225-4500 with any questions.

UPDATES FOR TEXAS POLICYHOLDERS

Combined Insurance customers residing in the State of Texas that have been impacted by the recent weather related events in Henderson, Rains, and Van Zandt counties may be eligible for an extension of the due date for your Combined policy renewal premium payments due for the period of April 29, 2017 through June 29,2017 as well as any deadlines to submit claim proof of loss for that same time period.  Please contact Combined’s Customer Care Center at 800-225-4500 with any questions.

Combined Insurance customers residing in the State of Texas that have been impacted by the recent weather related events in Bell, Collin, Dallas, Denton, Tarrant, and Wise counties may be eligible for an extension of the due date for your Combined policy renewal premium payments due for the period of March 27, 2017 through May 27, 2017, as well as any deadlines to submit claim proof of loss for that same time period.  Please contact Combined’s Customer Care Center at 800-225-4500 with any questions.
