The A+ rating means that Combined Insurance meets BBB accreditation standards, which includes a commitment to make a good faith effort to resolve any consumer complaints.

Businesses deemed to meet Accreditation Standards are presented to the BBB's Board (or designees) for review and acceptance as a BBB Accredited Business. The BBB does not compare businesses against each other and sets standards that clearly speak to the character and competence of an organization.
