To ensure that your insurance policy remains in effect and up to date, all regularly scheduled premium payments must continue to be paid throughout the duration of the Canada Post strike.

To Make a Payment Online

If you have not already done so, it’s easy to register on our Self-Service portal to make an online payment. This online service allows you to make a one-time payment from your bank account or credit card or set up monthly Pre-Authorized Debits (PAD) from your bank account. It also gives you access to your policies, payment history, claim information and much more.

To make a Payment by Phone

Contact us at 1-888-234-4466, Our Customer Service Representatives are available between 8:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. EST and will be happy to assist you.

To Make a Payment in Person

Payments can also be dropped off in person to the Combined Insurance head office, Monday to Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. EST. Please ensure your payment is in a sealed envelope.

To receive your Correspondence

Cheques for claim benefits can be picked up at the Combined Insurance head office, subject to prior agreement with the Claims Department. To do so, you must contact the Claims Department at 1-888-234-4466 to ensure that your cheque is ready for pick-up.
